A spacious 8-bedroom executive villa built in 2014 and fully renovated in 2024, sleeping up to 19, all within walking distance of Phuket’s number one beach. Peaceful hillside and jungle views with multiple living and dining areas across two levels. The upper level has a 65 inch TV living area, a huge kitchen and a large balcony overlooking the pool and valley. The lower level opens onto a 10x5m infinity-edge pool with Jacuzzi, an outdoor sala with 14-seat dining, and a games room. Full-time maid included, chef on request.

Festival: 22 to 24 January 2027. If your stay touches festival week it is a fixed 4 nights, 21 to 25 January (arrive Thursday 21st, party 22nd to 24th, leave Monday 25th); longer trips are welcome. Outside festival week you can pick any arrival from mid-December through mid-February with a 4-night minimum, so off-festival dates are yours.
