The event
When is the festival?
DnB Allstars Thailand 2027 runs across three days: Friday 22nd, Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th January 2027.
Where is the event?
At Azulea, our custom-built open-air site in Chalong, Phuket. Full details on getting there are shared closer to the event.
How do I get tickets?
Phase 1 presale opens on 2 June. Sign up now at dnballstars-thailand.com for early access. Tickets are sold through our official ticketing partner, and the link is shared when each release goes live.
Will set times be posted in advance?
Yes, full set times are shared on our social channels before the event.
Is there a cloakroom or lockers?
No, there are no cloakroom or locker facilities on site. Please bring only essentials.
Can I bring food and drink into the event?
No outside food or drink is permitted.
Will food be available inside the venue?
Yes, a range of food traders are available, catering for different dietary requirements.
Entry policy
Do I need ID to enter?
Yes. This is a strict 20+ event and valid photo ID is required on entry. Anyone under 20 will not be admitted.
Will there be bag searches?
Yes. All bags are searched on arrival for security reasons.
What is the drug policy?
We operate a strict zero-tolerance drug policy. Anyone found with illegal substances will be removed from the site.
Can I re-enter the event after leaving?
Re-entry will be permitted, but exact re-entry times and conditions are confirmed closer to the event.
Tickets
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are sold through our official ticketing partner only. Do not buy from unofficial sources such as social media groups or resale pages. The official link is shared with each release.
What ticket types are available?
Weekend General Admission from £129 and Weekend VIP from £199 (plus booking fee). Final 2027 prices and releases are confirmed at on-sale.
What's included with VIP tickets?
VIP includes access to an exclusive VIP area, faster entry lanes and premium viewing areas. Full details are announced closer to the event.
Are local resident tickets available?
Yes. We offer a Local Resident Ticket at 50% of the standard price. These must be purchased in Thai Baht (THB), require valid Thai ID on entry, and are available by request. Email thailand@dnballstars.com to enquire.
Do you offer refunds?
All tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, refer to the resale options offered by the ticketing partner.
Accommodation
Do you provide accommodation?
Yes. We run the official DnB Allstars accommodation hub at dnballstars-thailand.com/accommodation, where you can book our partner villas, hotels and rooms direct.
What accommodation is available?
A range of official Allstars partners across Phuket: whole villas sleeping up to 28, boutique hotels and private rooms, from walkable-to-venue stays in Chalong to villas in Nai Harn and Rawai. Browse them all on the accommodation page.
How does accommodation pricing work?
Pricing is per person per night, fixed in GBP. A 5% fee is added and itemised at checkout. You choose your property and your dates, and the exact price you pay is shown on the accommodation page before you book.
What dates can I book, and how long is the festival stay?
The festival runs 22 to 24 January 2027. Any stay that touches festival week is a fixed four nights, 21 to 25 January (arrive Thursday 21st, leave Monday 25th); you can stay longer if you like. For dates outside festival week, choose any arrival from mid-December to mid-February with a four-night minimum.
Can I book accommodation separately from tickets?
Yes. Accommodation is booked directly on the accommodation hub, separately from tickets, for any property and any dates.
How do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
You pay the total online to confirm your stay. Some villas ask for a refundable cash security deposit on arrival, separate from your online payment. Electricity and water are included in your stay. Cancellation terms are shown before you pay.
How do I see live prices and availability?
Live, exact prices and availability are shown on the accommodation page as you choose your dates and party size. That is always the accurate source.
Transport
Which airport should I fly into?
The closest airport is Phuket International Airport (HKT), around a one-hour drive to Chalong where the event takes place.
How do I get from the airport to my accommodation?
Taxis are available at the airport with fixed fares by destination. The Grab app operates in Phuket and is often cheaper and more convenient. Many properties can also arrange private transfers in advance.
Is there parking at the event?
No, there is no parking at the event site.
What's the best way to get around Phuket?
Taxis and Grab are the easiest options. Tuk-tuks are available, but agree a fare before travelling. Scooter rentals are common, but only if you are experienced and comfortable riding.
Payments & on-site
What currency is used on site?
All on-site transactions are in Thai Baht (THB).
Can I pay with cash on site?
No. The event is fully cashless; only contactless and card payments are accepted.
Are there ATMs on site?
No, there are no ATMs on site. Please make sure your card or device is set up for contactless payments before arriving.
Accessibility
Do you provide accessible facilities?
Yes. We are committed to making the event as inclusive as possible. Accessible toilets and entry lanes are provided on site.
Is the event wheelchair accessible?
The venue has mixed terrain. Some areas are concrete, while the main stage area is grassland that can be uneven. We do our best to make the site accessible, so please bear this in mind when planning your visit.
Can I bring my carer or personal assistant?
Yes. We operate a Personal Assistant (PA) ticket scheme to support those with accessibility requirements. Email thailand@dnballstars.com with proof of eligibility to arrange this in advance.
Travel tips
What is the weather like in Phuket in January?
January is one of the best times to visit Phuket. Expect daytime temperatures of around 24 to 32°C, slightly cooler evenings, very low rainfall (January is in the dry season) and moderate humidity. Hot, sunny days and warm nights, perfect for an outdoor festival.
What should I pack?
Lightweight clothing for tropical weather, comfortable footwear (the site is part grassland, part concrete), sun protection (sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat), a light layer for evenings, swimwear for the beaches and pools, an empty reusable water bottle to refill on site, a portable power bank, and valid photo ID.
Do I need a visa to travel to Thailand?
Visa requirements vary by nationality. Many countries qualify for visa exemption or visa-on-arrival for short stays. Please check the official Thai government website or your local embassy before travelling.
