Every ticket covers all three days and nights, and there are no day tickets. GA gets you into both stages. VIP adds the elevated VIP deck with stage and sunset views, VIP seating, bar and toilets, and queue jump on the way in. Inner Circle adds everything in VIP plus backstage cabanas with table service, a backstage bar with no queue, artist access and a lanyard to keep.

Yes. Tickets are sold in releases, and the price rises each time a release sells out, so the earlier you buy, the less you pay.

Yes, at 0% interest, in pounds or Thai baht. From the UK, buy in pounds and you can split the cost with Klarna or Clearpay at checkout. Everywhere else, buy in Thai baht and the ticketing site offers Fixed Instalments (four equal payments) or Laybuy (a ฿2,990 deposit, then as many payments as you like). Tickets in US dollars are full payment only. Every plan must be paid off by 23:59 on 16 December 2026. Tickets not paid in full by then are cancelled without a refund.

Yes. Entry is 20+ only, under Thai law, and strictly checked: everyone needs a passport or photo ID to get in.

Fly into Phuket International Airport (HKT). It's about an hour and a half's flight from Bangkok or Singapore. Flights are not part of anything we sell, so book your own, and book early: January is peak season in Phuket and fares climb. From the UK, expect roughly £400 to £600 return.

You may not need one. Many passports can enter Thailand visa-free for a set number of days, and some others can get a visa on arrival. It depends on your passport, so check the official Thai government guidance or your local Thai embassy before you book anything.

We have official partner stays: hotels near Azulea, whole private villas further out, and private rooms in a shared pool villa. Your stay and your festival ticket are two separate purchases, so book each one on its own.

Every price is what each person pays for the whole stay, in pounds, with the 5% booking and cleaning fee included and shown as its own line before you pay. You pay that total online to confirm your booking. The property also takes a refundable security deposit in cash on arrival, usually in Thai Baht, and its amount is shown before you pay.

No. Stays are final and non-refundable, and can't be moved to other dates or passed to someone else, so travel insurance is strongly recommended. If something outside our control means we can't provide the stay you booked, we'll offer a comparable alternative or, if we genuinely can't, a full refund of what you paid for it.
